JFT
Ate breakfast in peace & quiet.
I will preplan as many meals & snacks as possible for the weekend.
Take meats out of freezer for weekend.
In bed by 10pm.
I will do my 45 min walk today & try to make it to the gym.
Subbing in Sunday school so need to prepare. Love art!!
I know there will be stress this weekend due to plans but I need to stay positive. In the past I would've used this as an excuse to reward myself with chocolate or something sweet. Not anymore!!

JFT, Friday
A repeat of yesterday. Keeping carbs and sugar low.
The hardest part is cutting back on diet soda. But my doctor told me this is actually making me crave sugar more. But -- I am going to still have just one, and next week cut that by 1/2.
Happy Friday everyone!0 -

2. Insanity Max 30 workout
JFT, 10/09

2. I'm going to try and get in my Insanity Max 30 workout this evening, which means sip and spit on the wine tour or I won't be able to. ]
3. Try to focus on today and not to stress myself out over this weekend, which is going to be tough. Tomorrow family BBQ at my place, and Sunday we're taking some friends who helped us move out to dinner. It would be nice if I could just put real life on hold while I lose weight. Why can't the whole world stop for me?? LOL.0 -

You are doing so great!! And you all inspire me as well! I had a good day yesterday as well, and hoping to repeat it today. Isn't it amazing how good we feel when we treat ourselves right. God will help you through today - and your going to have another great day! Have fun at your class!0 -
Thanks all for your birthday wishes.
Had a good day and did indulge a bit. And.... my focus on eating good nutritious food rather than obsessing over calories is definitely doing something. ... I started a box of chocolates and didn't want to finish it! That NEVER used to happen.
So that's where I will continue to put my attention while I continue celebrations with family tomorrow....
Happy weekend all.
