    Yesterday - 10/8

    1. watch sugar grams - no sugar :) Kept my sugar gms below 30
    2. watch carb grams - keep at a minimum 30-50 gms :) Carbs at 38!
    3. drink 8 glasses of water. 1 down, 7 more to go :):) Got in my 8 glasses of water

    JFT, Friday
A repeat of yesterday. Keeping carbs and sugar low.

The hardest part is cutting back on diet soda. But my doctor told me this is actually making me crave sugar more. But -- I am going to still have just one, and next week cut that by 1/2.

    Happy Friday everyone!

    1. Eat within my calorie limit
    2. Insanity Max 30 workout
Met my goals for yesterday, although too many of my calories were from alcohol.

    JFT, 10/09

    1. Stay within maintenance calories - wine tour today and planned activities so not sure what food will be like.
    2. I'm going to try and get in my Insanity Max 30 workout this evening, which means sip and spit on the wine tour or I won't be able to. ]
    3. Try to focus on today and not to stress myself out over this weekend, which is going to be tough. Tomorrow family BBQ at my place, and Sunday we're taking some friends who helped us move out to dinner. It would be nice if I could just put real life on hold while I lose weight. Why can't the whole world stop for me?? LOL.

You are doing so great!! And you all inspire me as well! I had a good day yesterday as well, and hoping to repeat it today. Isn't it amazing how good we feel when we treat ourselves right. God will help you through today - and your going to have another great day! Have fun at your class!

Thanks all for your birthday wishes.

Had a good day and did indulge a bit. And.... my focus on eating good nutritious food rather than obsessing over calories is definitely doing something. ... I started a box of chocolates and didn't want to finish it! That NEVER used to happen.

So that's where I will continue to put my attention while I continue celebrations with family tomorrow....

    Happy weekend all.

    J4T Thursday
    1. Focus on sticking to calorie goals one meal at a time. Really bad. (NOTE TO SELF: Remember this feeling when tempted to eat 8 servings almonds, or 8 servings of anything for that matter!)
    2. Maybe try to get out for just a 15 minute walk. NOPE

NEW DAY, I DECLARE A DO OVER!

    J4T Friday
    1. Focus on meeting TODAY'S goal.
    2. Focus on sticking to calorie goals one meal at a time.
    3. Exercise. Jogged 5k
    4. Finish paperwork.

Checking in late, 3/4 of the way through the day. I finally got a chance to get out of work early enough to go jogging! I put my exercise onto yesterday so my binge doesn't look quite so bad!

I'll report back in a few hours after dinner, but I'm doing really well on eating,so far.

    JFT Thursday
1.) Prelog again. It is working. Woot.
2.) Make a shopping list for tomorrow. Preplan every meal for the next two weeks.
3.) Go to gym to swim.

Done, Done, and Done! Monkey in the Middle in the pool is no joke. I am sore. LOL

    JFT Friday
1.) Prelog food and stick to it
    2.) Swim with kids again
3.) Go to grocery store and stock up the fridge again. Woot. My local grocer is having "Fill a sack" day in the produce aisle for $15. I'm going to see if it is worth it, or cheaper to buy separately. Not sure what the choices will be yet.

Did everything but the swimming. Was busy from 8:30 am and I'm still going at 9:30 P.M. lol Hopefully I can just relax soon :pensive:
    JFT Saturday
1.) Do my Indoc for the new job
2.) Have a veggie cutting fest and put fresh cut veggies into containers for quick grab and go snacks for the kids and I.
3.) Make healthier choices for eating.
4.) Get back to drinking more water and less sweet tea.

Will stay under my calorie goal. Need to reduce/break from chocolate.
I will express my wellness mantra
I will work out for 90 minutes
I will continue to be more patient on the road
I am expressing gratitude for solid working relationships with my brother and sister in law.

    Good day

Well under my calorie goal and stayed away from chocolate
    Expressed my wellness mantra
Worked out for 97 minutes including a 3.28 mile walk at 16:10 a mile
Didn't drive but resisted the urge to chuck my water bottle at a driver who was speeding and came close to my wife and I while we were walking in the neighborhood.

    For today:

I will stay under my calorie goal and not over indulge in any single food
I will express my wellness mantra
I will work out for 90 minutes
I will continue to be more patient on the road
I am expressing gratitude for the beauty of the geese as they migrate back into our world. Love to hear them honk as they fly over.

    Just keep tracking.
Gave in & hopped on scale 2 days too early-need to control my desire to weigh daily as it leaves me disheartened.
Plans fell through to go to the gym, therefore plan B...
Plan B - Will walk this evening & some push-ups, crunches, etc at home.
Need to increase my water today- feeling dehydrated.
    Prepare for Sunday!
Prep to cook 2 large meals so we can deliver to our family who needs some TLC.

Been looking forward to the day I can fit into smaller sizes of clothing & this morning my watch is one notch down on my wrist LOL
