Before (not even sure if this was my highest weight... i never EVER went on a scale when i was bigger):
After (a couple months ago):
what fitness programme you used: I do a lot of things but I mostly like High Intensity Interval Training. I like a lot of outdoor stuff like hiking. I was doing some strength but I'm cutting back on that until I lose a little more.
who inspired you/what inspired you: What inspired me to start was seeing photos of myself that I absolutely hated. What keeps me going now is the change I see in myself and knowing I can get to where I wanna be.
the kind of foods you ate/didnt eat: I don't really stop myself from eating anything. Basically it is all moderation. I only have certain foods once in a while but in general I eat whatever I want.
and how long it took: I have been doing this since last January so 21months! I still have more to go!

Started in January 2014 and lost 100 lbs in one year. Starting weight was 275 lbs. I'm currently trying to add more muscle so my weight has went from 175 to 186 in the last month.

I've always used these forums as inspiration for my weight loss and fitness journey and I want to thank everyone for being so supportive and motivational! I’ve lost 30 pounds since February 2014 via Focus T25, Les Mills Combat, running and strength training.
I try to eat as cleanly as possible, but I indulge once in a while (and probably more than I should!). My diary is open to my friends, so if you're looking for support, send me a request! I’m not at my goal yet as I still have some body fat that I’d like to lose, but honestly, this is the best shape I’ve ever been in and it took this side-by-side comparison for me to realize it!
