Trying this again! (it was so helpful when I stuck to it, fell off the wagon pretty quickly though)
Goals:

I thought I had it licked but I stayed up too late and fell asleep in front of the tv... and then got up and had to snack!! I was cold and starving because I had so much exercise during the day. A hot cup of tea did not help.
Grrr... Tonight will be a different story!!! Going to get in bed on time.0 -

Had a good day stayed under my calories and got a work out in. I love the message that says how much I could weigh in 5 weeks if every day were like this..great incentive !0 -

I haven't been hungry after 8pm (my LNS cut off time). So, why is it when you tell yourself that you can't have food after a certain time you want it more?! I am discovering that my brain and stomach are at complete odds with each other.

I'm so glad you're back! You could build some planned flexibility into your goals. Regardless, I urge you not to see "falling off the wagon" as failure. Don't let old thought patterns to tell you "why don't try again next time." Step back up and swing again. I guarantee this group will cheer you on, not roll their eyes and mutter behind your back!0 -
