 You look phenomenal!!!
Hope this isn't a weird question - but do you know what size frame you are (i.e. small, medium, large)? I only ask because you look quite similar to me! I'm currently focusing on getting down to about 170 (currently 208, down from 240).
Sorry! Super delayed reply! I am a medium frame though! Great job on your loss so far!0

Current is between 130-133. I'm recomping or at least taking a break if recomp isn't going to happen.
 Fabulous recomp! Keep it going!3

Oh man! This is seriously the best thread! I wish I had taken some before pics, but I hated what I looked like so much that I couldn't even bring myself to do it. I am 5'4 and started at 168 and am currently 153. My first goal is to 130 so I have a ways to go. I guess it's not too late to do some progress photos. 0 0

During those stages I have done Wendler's 5/3/1 and PHUL. Mostly Wendler's during that time I think. With his bodybuilding assistance work.0

It has taken me 9 weeks to lose the weight. I eat 1500 calories a day, no processed foods, but I don't eat back the calories I lose through exercise. I'm using a Bowflex.

sorry the "after" is blurry. I was trying to get them to be proportional!
 79.9kg/176lb in May >>>> 67.4kg/148.5lb today
P.S this wasn't even me at my highest. I started at 97kg/214lb
 P.P.S I'm 5'3 but you all seem nice so I doubt you'll hold that against me :-) 9 9
