It has taken me 9 weeks to lose the weight. I eat 1500 calories a day, no processed foods, but I don't eat back the calories I lose through exercise. I'm using a Bowflex.

sorry the "after" is blurry. I was trying to get them to be proportional!
79.9kg/176lb in May >>>> 67.4kg/148.5lb today
P.S this wasn't even me at my highest. I started at 97kg/214lb
P.P.S I'm 5'3 but you all seem nice so I doubt you'll hold that against me :-)

I am 47 years old and 5'4.
At my highest I weigh about 289
Lost weight and gained some back. Pulled the break at 228 this year in May
Right now I am at 168 for the last two weeks. My goal is to be no later than 1by May 2016 135 lbs.

So..I'm still incredibly scared to be posting this but..when people don't believe I lost close to 100 pounds from highschool..this is proof. the left pic is back in 2008 at my highest of 220lbs at 5'5... the after is me at my current/lowest I boarder 122-132 seems to be my years of losing weight with just diet and exercise. ><

I'm 5'4" I started at 196 and am down to 138. I'm maintaining and focusing on strength for right now to take a break from a calorie deficit but I would definitely love to get down to my goal of 125. Congrats to everyone on all of your accomplishments!12 -

5'4" July to December 215ish pounds to 174.
Walking for exercise at the moment.
