I so need this! I do great all day, but for some reason can't keep it together after dinner.

I am here for the WHOLE month of December....and so this should really help me. When I was absolutely FOCUSED on NO LNS (say back in 2013 and 2014), my scale weight was actually OPTIMUM. For me, there is a LINK.
Anyway, my streak is building and that BUILDS MY CONFIDENCE.

Late night mindless eating is my worst! It's hard when I work & don't even get home until 730.

First day.
Goal: no eating after 830 pm.
Eat at the kitchen table only not in front of the TV. Go to bed by 1030 instead of falling asleep on the couch Drink min. 3L of water daily. Walk 4k at least 3x weekly.
*looking for some mutual support &motivation if you'd like to add me to your friend list! Lost 50 lbs but back up 5..time to get serious!... goal is to lose another 30! Hard work & determination I will do this!

Oki, I'm in! Late night snacking is the worst for me. Writing this (@ 1:02am) is making me want to snack...but I won't! I'm struggling with logging so that's another part of this goal!! But, no eats after 9pm...I know I can do this!!

Welcome to everyone new to this challenge! I have been doing this (admittedly more off than on) for a few years now and it works. I am a snacker 24/7 but this challenge makes me accountable and I stop the mindless binging at night. Now, I just have to address the rest of the day. Ugh!

We're so glad for the newcomers. Before stumbling across the group at the first of August, LNS was my biggest stumbling block. Until then, I sabotaged myself nightly by impulse eating (my wife called it "grazing") from dinner until bed. Now - with few exceptions - I choose ahead of time what's going to happen and the accountability here is a big part of that.0
