My first time joining group in MFP

My routine is to have a small sweet after dinner within my calorie count for the day. This counts as a win.
Sneaking cookies, chocolate chips, etc. before going to bed counts as a LNS win.
The "sneaking" of LNS was pretty much cured when I started logging food on MFP but lately I've been slipping. And I rarely log these snacks on MFP.
So I am committing once again to logging EVERYTHING that I eat.0 -
