    Wow this is a great thread! I've been having a really hard time sticking to my goals and struggle with binge eating especially at night. Hopefully this will help keep me on track.

    I'll start with tomorrow's goals:
    J4T Sunday
    1. Stay within my calorie goal
    2. 1 hour strength training
    3. Do laundry and finish unpacking

    Hope everyone is doing well!

    1) I will do my weight lifting routine.
    2) I will do my ab routine

    Today is my hubbys birthday. Going to cook a prime rib for him, and for me, a huge salad and a piece of chicken. No cake!

    Oh and feel good about being back on track

    JFT Thurs 24/12
    1. Prelog/follow through/90+ minutes exercise/8000+ steps/8 cups liquid.
    2. Collect the turkey/gammon from the butcher.
    3. Cook turkey/ham and portion it out for tomorrow. Prep veg.
    4. Wrap presents.
    5. Make dinner for family. Barbecued ribs, salads etc.

    @Elaine352962 I have always painted and drawn. I trained as an art teacher in the late 1970s, and I run a weekly art group for seniors at the moment.

    JFT Mon 28/12 The holiday is over, so I am buckling down once more.

    2. Clear away all the guest stuff from family visit.
    3. Enjoy time with my hubby.
    4. Work on my new jigsaw.

    ^Didn't realize I was going to be in the third row of the iMax theater. Yuck! So I rescheduled for next Friday.
