Met my goals for Fri, but can't find my post for yesterday. We had a great day watching GoTs Series 4 and taking down Christmas stuff.

2. Write 3 pages. New goal: write 3 pages every morning. I'm hoping this will also become a habit.
3. Prep for Creative Writing and Art groups tomorrow. Mostly ready to go.
4. Visit family after lunch. We had a pleasant 3 hours chatting with my elder daughter and grandkids.

Absolutely fantastic paintings Jacqueline. The flowers are my favourite only because watercolour flowers are something that I really love. It isn't easy to do and I wish I could master this medium. I love to copy drawings from free copyright art books. I am hopeless at drawing anything from my mind only. I really admire people that can just sit down and draw anything.

Best wishes to everyone. Here's to a healthy & happy 2016! I feel like I have to start over...my weight has gone back up & I feel I've lost control between Thanksgiving & New Years. Really need to get back on track.
