This is Fitbit related, but since I love seeing those calorie adjustments, I'm putting it here!
But when you have to make sure your Fitbit-wearing arm is free to swing as you walk - no carrying anything or pushing anything with that arm! Every step must count!0 -
You ask your partner what they've eaten during the day so you can mentally gauge if they need extra protein for dinner.1

When you charge your Fitbit before leaving for work bc you received an email that that the battery is low - thinking "I have to make sure its got enough juice for the day to log my steps", only to leave the house without it therefore seeing no calories earned on MFP. So heartbreaking lol!0

Ditto. My toddler likes to "share". Meaning that I end up giving her some of MY calories . . . and yes, I do resent it, until she gives me her very cheeky grin0 -

When you're seriously considering buying office supplies for your portioning and logging. Labels, that cute stapler that I lost is making a come back, pens/sharpies and more

When you not only weigh the dish before you eat but also the utensil & both after as well, so that you don't count; the residue left on them because you didn't actually consume them.0
