And another mini goal.... Fitting in any of my jeans comfortably...0 -
Lots of big goals ahead for 2016. But for now, my mini goal is that I want to get back down below 220, like I was before the holidays. about 8 pounds to go.0

Doing good non-knee push ups.4

I'm hovering around maintenance so I've decided to choose fitness minigoals. I want to run a total of 50 miles in January on the treadmill in between my other workouts. It's a little more than I'd normally do.0
-
To consistently hit the gym for cardio, three times a week.1
-
To be faster runner than my husband so when we go to South Africa in 2 weeks the lion catches him not me. Oh, and to look good when we go shark diving.16

Just hit a mini goal today. Under 125kg. My next one is to get under 120kg. My reward will be getting my hair cut!!4
-
Reaching my previous MFP weight of about 205. Just started a couple weeks ago so it's going to be a few weeks more but reward is hot tubs with the guy!!0

Reading these is so inspirational. I have 6lbs to goal weight - I'm booked to go to Sicily in late June & I want to look fantastic in my bikini when I'm there, but hope to get to goal a lot earlier than that!0

I'm right about at my goal weight of 140 lbs. I hit that about 3 years ago and maintained for only 4 months before the weight started creeping back up. So my short term goal now is to maintain longer than 4 months. Long term, of course my goal is to maintain forever! But a few months at a time gives me a nice timeframe to focus on for now.0

Next mini goal is to get out of the 160's. After this morning's weigh-in, looks like I have 6lb to go until I hit 159!0
-
My mini goal is to make it through Dry January (no alcohol) and to hopefully to have lost 8 pounds.3

My 29th birthday this June!0

Mini goal is to have lost ten pounds by the end of January. But I'm not weighing in between so it's going to be a surprise if I do it or not.0

Yes! The other day I was really stressed and jogged. After, I realized I was running away from my problems

To get to 179 lbs and stay there!1

I bought myself new running shoes when they were on sale, but put them away until I get to my "normal" BMW range... 5 more lbs to go!1
-
My first goal is to lose 5% by March 1st1

Mini goal - to fit into my ball gown a little better before February 19th, when I need to wear it, lol. I can get it on now, but it's just a bit too tight to be very flattering.
I have a brand new one I've never worn with the tags still on it that is too loose now, so that's motivating!2 -
10 pounds by Spring Break!!!1
-
I have no small goals. World domination or nothing!16
-
Be in great shape and look great in a new suit when I start my next job (for argument's sake, let's say 3 month)1
-
Get under 200. This is a mini goal because I'm really only 3ish lbs away give or take. I just think it'll be a good motivator for me since I'm just starting out.3

Me too. I thought (more like hoped) I'd hit that number this morning but I'm still .4 away. Almost there....2 -
My mini goal is to hit the 150's. I am 163.6 as of tonight (finally got rid of some water weight!) so in the morning I should be a bit closer as I normally weigh a bit less from morning to morning unless I'm bloated.2

To become more consistent with heavy lifting..I'm up to two days a week but I'd really like 3-4 days a week. I'm a Cardio Queen so I'm gradually moving in that direction... It's rather hard giving up any of my classes!
To go to my doctor's appt on Monday and Finally find out what's wrong with my shoulder.. It's been feeling achy with different movements for two months but I was hoping it would work itself out.. I know, sad. I've been heating it, icy hotting, tiger balming etc.. Hoping it can be sorted out relatively easy and quickly as I have a fitness class instructor training coming in two weeks! This arm is def holding me back from my full potential though, that's for sure.1 -
Oh yeah I should state that my heavy lifting has been focused on the bottom until I have my shoulder looked at...1
