Please explain to me why life expectancy of vegetarians is shorter than people that eat a healthy diet including meat? (I am talking a well balanced diet here not those eating crap) Also please explain to me why the instance of depression is higher in vegetarians?

Just trying to prolong it bud.
Get your blood work done, keep eating the way you are now and get it done again in one year. Then we will see who's life expectancy is longer.
By the way you're looking, probably mine.

Want to blow your mind?
Can someone be a low-carb
Pastafarian?0 -
I think moderation in all things is the best policy. I do think carbs are important for a healthy diet because they provide energy and vitamins and minerals. But they need to be unprocessed carbs. It is the processed carbs that give us trouble because they turn to sugar easily. Unprocessed carbs take longer to digest and the sugars are released into the system slowly.0

So, I have a question. If everyone in the world was vegan, what would happen to all the milk and eggs? Would we just throw them in the ocean?
(This is in no way knocking the choice to be vegan, I don't care what people eat. Personal choice and all that jazz. I am just genuinely curious.)0 -
