    Okay I am in. Did my Orange Theory today which is the only one hour I usually can fit it during the week. Thirty minutes a day sounds doable. Back to Beachbody On Demand and Les Mills on Demand!

    I'm so glad I'm not alone in the struggle of getting workout in during true morning. I feel sluggish too. The hard part is not making excuses at the end of the day to go work out. I'm excited to start this challenge tomorrow!

    I'd really like to join this challenge. I have done great working out almost everyday for 3 weeks, but I am feeling like I may start slacking soon. And I need to get better about tracking my exercise on my mfp and so this will help to remind me to log it into to everyone and the app!

    cblanza, I am in too even though it will be impossible for me to workout on two of the days, that is unless people want to watch me running up and down the aisle of the airplane for 30 minutes of a 10 hour flight.

    This challenge goes real well with the lose 10lbs by Feb 28th that I also joined!

    Thanks for the Challenge, my goal out of competing in this challenge is straight up weight loss.

    Whew day 1! I didn't even sit to think I just put on the kemberly 3 mile walk and did it! Boy am I outta shape! Lol but I got in my 30 so for that I feel great!! Good luck everyone!

    I'm in! Just getting started with MFP again. Lost 40 lbs last year. Then winter hit and it got cold and I quit getting out to exercise. Getting started again today!

    I did 60 minutes of water aerobics and 20 minutes of lap swimming today for my workout. This is going to be such a great motivating challenge!

    Day 1 complete! I walked/ran the track at my school for an hour. Now back to the progress reports lol, but I feel so much better!! This will be a great Challenge! :)

    I hate morning workouts too! I say make a playlist of your favorite jams and dance or walk 30 minutes. Can walk at your workplace ( I teach at a 2 story campus) and dance at home. No need to get fancy, just move your body till you sweat consistently.

    :D I'm in!! I am aiming to do at least 30 mins of yoga each day. If j can make it to the gym then I'll have some cardio as well. I started yesterday, but I'll consinder today day 1. Woo woo!!!!

    Id like to be in too :) good motivation.. so everyday just 30mins .. how hard can that be? &if every1else out there is.. then i can too :) ive been walking,rowing,ellepitcal,lifting weights anything to get this weight off!! .. will it be hard finding this spot to say hey this is what i did today? IM excited to have a changellenge i can't spell.. lol.. thanks cblanza for inviting all of us!! :) good luck every1!&this starts today?? i walked this a.m.@4:30 for 1/2hr.. my goal this was to do something in a.m. for half hr&then off of work half hr but its snowing& sleeting soo home for me..
