    While tuning her most prized and cherished instrument (the triangle), she's suddenly overcome with guilt as all the other instruments of different shapes begin to look at her with disdain. In an attempt to comfort their displeasure she begins contorting her body into all the beautiful shapes that her irregular nonagon-shaped brain could possibly imagine until permanently locking her body in a paralytic state where ultimately she died of starvation. Paramedics who arrived first were quoted as saying they found her body in the shape of a "melancholy trapezoid"...

    While trekking a mountain top he spots a bald Eagle wanting to get a Selfie with it and climbs a very steep rock formation where his foot gets stuck in a crevice. He cannot get loose, unfortunately he broke an important rule by not telling anyone where he was going and slowly dies of sun burn and starvation. He made for a good meal for the Eagles young ones though!
