Day 5, walking for 30 minutes.0

30 min walking the dog. Probably at 3 mph. Now my knee hurts again. Guess I still need to stick to the upper body.0

Day 7/30, had 60 minutes cycling.
Day 8/30, also have 60 minutes cycling.0 -
Day 8 was back at the gym, 65 min on the bike. I think tomorrow I'll do the elliptical or the arc trainer.. but I have such a love affair with the bike, I'd hate to cheat on it lol =P0

DAY 7/30 went to gym with friend and did 35 mins on treadmill despite aching hip from standing all day cooking yesterday and eating the results! But today stayed within cals - pat on back for me!

I walked today for 70 minutes. Day 8 complete! have been doing a lot of walking since this challenge started. It's an easy way for me to get my movement in. At some point this week though, I want to add on different activities so my movement is more robust. Any suggestions that might be an inspiration?0

Day 9. 30 minute run that turned into a walk when I met my husband and dog on the strand. Nice! He can sure walk uphill fast.0

Day 9. A 90 minute walk with a friend before dinner.0

Day 9/30 went to gym with friend and Did 30 mins on treadmill - 205 cals. Lovely day though and really should have done it in the park!0

Day 10 was 46 minutes of PiYo (Upper Body & Buns) & I feel great! Challenge is 1/3 complete!!0

Just found this challenge. I'll start posting today. Also looking for some motivation burnt out on the gym. Changing it up is a good idea. My work day starts at 6AM. Evening workouts are tough and the gym is usually packed which adds stress.0

Missed logging yesterday 2/3. Played pickleball for 2 hours!0

Days 10 and 11 consisted of 60 minutes of walking each day. I said I wanted to mix things up, then I got a fitbit and I am finding walking simple, easy, and motivating. Guess I'll stick with it for now.0
