Started this challenge late. Day 3/30 for me! Doing fitness blender FB30 which is actually a 8 week program. Will do some elliptical work on my "off days"0

I failed yesterday! It was such a lazy day...I didn't exercise.
Today I played pickleball for over 2 hours!0 -
I've been working out I swear! Busy with family stuff so I've been in bare-minimum MFP mode, but I have been getting my 30 minutes in. Mostly.
Day 12 (Fri) 30 minute circuit training
Day 13 (Sat) 30 min dog walk and 30 min walk to dinner & home
Day 14 (Sun) nothing! Couldn't even get a walk in.
Day 14 (Mon) 30 minute circuit training
Day 15 (Tue) 39 minute run
Day 16 (Wed) 30 minute circuit training
Day 17 (Thur) 36 min interval run

Day 16 for me.. I did the Arc Trainer for 35 minutes, the bike for another 35, and some machines too...0

Day 17 was Arc Trainer for 40 minutes, & some machines.
Day 18 was an hour on the bike and some more machines. Feeling great, but sore!0 -
Lots of pickleball today...played in a tournament!0

I have been active and not logging it here! I can't remember everything I have have done since day 16, but it's mostly been A LOT of walking. This week I started using the elliptical at the gym along with free weights. I think tomorrow I will start Couch 2 5K, as I have been feeling the urge to RUN! So even though I haven't written it down, this challenge is really helping me with motivation and diversifying my workouts, which is a goal for me! YAY!0

Day 20 - Arc Trainer for 45 minutes, and another hour or so of various strength machines0

Day 21 I rested, and 22 and 23-- I ran C25K for 30 minutes and walked to and from work 30 minutes each way!0

Day 22 was the Arc again for an hour+0

I don't know what happened to this thread. Aargh!
Day 20 - did a 19 mile bike ride
Day 21 - Zumba and Pt for an hour and a half
Day 22 - Walked and scooter
Day 23 - Pool rehab and a full body class - 2 hours
Day 24 - Rain - probably walking and some pt if I find the time0
