Cathylopez1975, kvansteen, rockin2014, you are all stunning, gorgeous role models for those of us starting our weight loss journeys.
Thank you ladies!3 -
Thought I'd post a current pic. 5'4", starting top left around 160-165, bottom left around 128, current about 137. I'm going to gain and lift up to about 140-145 and cut again.

So much inspiration in this thread! I'm amazed at how much younger some people look in their after photos - they look like mother and daughter, rather than the same person.1

I am 5'4" and the left is me at 185lbs and the right was me at 150lbs. I have pretty much maintained (within a couple pounds) for 2 years now. Now it's time to power through another 20lbs loss!!

Nice job! We will be here for you your 20 pound journey! Good luck to you!1 -
I've not done a progress shot with my original pic in for a while, nice to remember how far I've come when i'm cursing my workout! I'm 5'4", start was 154, to close to goal at 135 (maintained here for a while) then my goal weight of 126 last year, then the effect of weight exercises over the last year

Bumping to come back to later. I'm 5'4" I've been on mfp for awhile.when I first started back in 2010 I was at 220 pounds. I managed to get down to 190 and was feeling fantastic! Unfortunately life got in the way and I got busy and lazy and now my sw is 241 but now my mother as joined mfp and that it's helping me you stay motivated and I am now down to 237. I have a long way to go to get to my goal of 140 but I hope to come back to this thread to post those results1

Im 5'5, starting weight was 204lbs, current is 146lbs. Over the course of 2 years I've (off and on) lost almost 60lbs. my original goal before I started was to lose 70-75lbs/goal weight was 135lbs or so. So not too far away! Technically I'm not really focusing on losing as much as I am strength training. I'm at a healthy BMI for my height. Its been a long journey, I've been very sick the past year or two and that really affected my weight loss and health and etc. I'm feeling much better now and super excited to continue to improve.
