Everyone finally on the mend. Washed all linens, aired out the house, starting fresh

Keep logging food.
Drink water -started drinking water in the new WW Infruition bottle that has a central container to add fresh fruit. I am definitely doing better using this.
Keep moving.
Use cross trainer - did 30 mins this morning. Aim to use twice a day.
Eat more fruit and especially vegetables.

I will stick to my calorie allowance, I won't beat myself up for celebrating last weekend. Instead I will remember my ability to learn and buy a food scale.0

1. Pre-log/follow through; 90+ minutes exercise; 9000+ steps; 8 cups liquid.
2. Practice mindfulness.
3. Attend meeting for new members of life long learning group this morning.
4. Prep/take Monday Painters group after lunch.
5. Attend Ugandan Dance intro after dinner. (4 week course starts next week). This was sooo much fun. I will going again on Thurs!

Just returned from trip to Canada. Incredibly cold & did get some exercise shoveling & snowblowing.

Plan dinners for week.
Drink 9 cups of water.
Walk 3+ miles with dog.
Pick up fruit & veg!
Unpack.
Clean.
Read for inspiration.
Answer messages.
I'm going to try to start a weekly goal: this week is eat a salad everyday.
Live like I'm in maintenance!

Contine drinking water. - Try to increase slowly. Drinking 1.5 bottles at the moment which is amazing for me as I prefer tea.
Log all food.
Try different meals- get my cook books out.
Try to have salad or soup at lunch time.
Make wise choices.
Plan and prepare meals.
Make meal plans and complete shopping lists.
Move more/exercise.
Be mindful.
Do my best today and every day.
