Okay I picked up two pounds while on vacation, but I am confident I will make it to 160 , I am completely back on track now for next week. Keep going strong everyone!!!! By the way I ate absolutely anything I wanted while I was gone so I feel really good about only putting on 2 pounds and I am totally motivated to stay on track so no more backsliding for me, vacation was wonderful but it's back to my great habits again!!!!!0 -

I have injured my knee and my ankle. I have been resting due to the fact that I am going on vacation next week. TOM on the way and I have let the sweet tooth monster loose. I am trying to reign it in. I won't be checking in next week. I won't have access to a computer.0 -
