Day 17 - 2:00 - 2:20! Still good but a little disappointing after yesterday's effort.0

Day 27 lmao suppose to be at 4 by today and got up to around 2:30-2:40 but today was only 2. Had a cold last week and I think I need a kick in the tush to get going at this one harder!!0

Day - 18 2:30 - FAIL! Broke my phone lastnight and sooked all day about it. Anyway I have a new phone now so I'll get back on track tomorrow

Day 27: 4:00 - 4:00
OK, so I skipped yesterday since it is after midnight now. I'm calling today Day 27, then. The 4:00 was actually easier to do than 3:30 was. So I didn't start really struggling until around the 3:20 mark. Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow on day 28.0 -

I totally didn't do my day 28 yesterday hahaha knew it wouldn't go well.
I think I'm just going to push as far as I can each day now since I'm at the 28 mark n not at 4!0 -
Day 20 - Uh oh.
Today is the third day in a row that I haven't done a plank. I'm going to have to push myself to hit my times tomorrow and then just try and get back on track.0 -

It did take me more than 28 days, and I think anyone can get there... some faster than others, but if the goal is a 4 min. plank and you put in the effort, it is just a matter of time (i.e. when, not if).0
