I would like to write down my goals for everyone to see to become more accountable and maybe you'll do the same.
You can just come back right here and tell me out yourself if you've achieved what you set out to do for the day. It's that simple.
So hopefully, it won't be only me taking to myself , but if so then be it. Lol. You don't really know me, so you can't look at me crazy in real life . Lol
So..... what's your goals for today?

Finally a group that is serious about setting accountable goals...I am new to this group.
1. To wog (Jog+Walk=Wog) 5 days a wk
2. To lose 25 lbs before September.
3. Cycle one day a week on road bike
4. Maintain my food log and stay true to caloric intake goals
5. Prepare a huge salad at the beginning of each week and it is ready to graze on for the entire week.
6. Report deviations from this plan to MyFitnessPal group to hold me accountable for my actions.
7. Report successes to MyFitnessPal group to celebrate and help keep me on track.
I am 65 years YOUNG with a very serious and complex medical history that causes set backs from time to time and makes it difficult to maintain discipline of routine workouts. I run 5K races as a goal to keep fit and often place in my age bracket. My medical issues prevented me from working out since January and new meds have caused a 15lb weight gain during that time. Just got the all clear from the docs to resume normal activity and I did 2.5 miles two days in a row and felt good about it.
Looking forward to being a supporter of your aspirations and goals.

Today was not a goal achieving day again.
Sadly I only made it to 5500 steps. I forgot my fitbit at home when I went to work. I missed out on a couple of thousand steps.
I only ate 1 serving of vegetables and no fruit.
I drank 4 cups of water and will be going to sleep in about 20 minutes.
I only will be completing half my goals, so hopefully I will do better tomorrow.
How was your day? Did you meet your goals?0 -
