Hit my calorie goal. I've been WAY too far under lately.1

Today:
1. <1200 cals
2. 14,000 steps
3. go for walk tonight after dinner!0 -
1. Get out of bed and workout early.
2. Eat 2 servings of fruits.0 -
This thread is so motivating!
Wednesday goals:
- 10,000 steps
- Stay at or below my calorie goal of 1550
- Stick to eating what I have planned!
- Buy only nutrient-dense food at the store today0 -
So I haven't been posting any goals lately and that has to change! I think my problem has been that I am top tired. I a, going to really work on getting to sleep.
SO MY GOALS FOR TODAY ARE:
Get 20k steps (already have 93k in and plan in going for a long walk)
Go to sleep by 9pm ( . I've been going at 1130)
Drink 4 cups of water (low but it's a start)
Eat 2 servings of veggies and at least 1 serving of fruit (I like veggies better than fruit)

Hello! I am new and looking for a jump start. I plan on drinking 8 cups of water, which is HARD for me since I rarely ever drink water.
stick to a 1200 calorie diet and do at least 30 min of HIIT.
A few years ago I was drinking a water so rarely. ( about 3 cups a day) And that was realy big problem for me. Then my friend decided to help me. When I drink coffe he brings cup of water, when I watch TV he brings cup of wather... In the begining it was very hard to drink wather so many times , then becomes a habit for me. Now I drink wather 6-9 cups a day. Hope you can do it too.0 -
1. Already did my run.
2. I want to make sure I make it over to my sister's house while it's still hot out so I can get in the pool. (It's almost 90 today.) I mostly just goof around in the pool - not true exercise - but it's still activity.
3. Still need at least 3 more fruits and veg for the day to make my quota.

Omg! I did it! I completed my goals!!!! :
I ended up with 20930
Drank 5 cups of water
In bed by 857pm
Ate 2 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit
This is the first time since i started this thread that I completed my goals and I am happy. I was in a slump and I really needed a boost, so hopefully this is it!

Number 1 is going to take some effort but is doable.
Number 4 is something I was doing earlier this year and the weight was flying off. I'm hoping that will get me out of my rut.
I've cut up and portioned out 3 servings of vegetables for each day of this week, weighed my popcorn into servings for the week, filled my med cassette with my multivitamins and allergy med, and have my clothes picked out and ready for the week.

The pool was nice and refreshing!
My quota is only 5 total, but it can be any combination of fruits and vegetables. I can have 5 fruits and no veg if I want, but usually I have more vegetables than fruits. Sadly, I only got 4 today and that's counting a serving of mushrooms as a veg, which is kinda cheating I think. I still have a few more calories left so maybe I'll go grab an orange before bed...

Today is exercise. I decided to sleep in this morning so no morning workout. Going to have to try and work something at some point today. Unfortunately, I don't know when!!!!0

Thursday: Met 3/4 goals - I ate 1791 calories, but was still well within my net calories from exercise so I don't feel too bad. I ate all my fruits and veggies, and got in over 11,000 steps
Friday's goals:
- 10,000 steps
- Walk home from work
- Stay at or below my calorie goal of 1550
- 5 fruits/veggies again!

Its been cake city at work this week, who knew that many people could have a birthday in one week? I have a study day today which means being home alone revising all day, been up since 6am and so far so good, normal on plan breakfast and coffee, going to have a pick me up snack of plain yoghurt, banana and maple syrup (15ml) then get back at them books. Been taking a 3-5min break every hour to have a boogy to the radio!
Todays goal, to keep it up0 -
