Hi! I just started on here again yesterday after been off for about a year. My ultimate goal is to lose 95 pounds. Not sure if i have lost any yet. I only weigh in once a week. I could definitely use the motivation/tips!

3500 calories equals 1 pound
So my goal is losing 4-5 pounds a month.
I want to lose 40 pounds to start off with
So it's going to take at least 8 months if I keep at it. It can be very discouraging.
Usually burning 500-700 calories a day and strength training has helped me before.
What's your goal?

I just lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks!!! Just keep working hard and you'll get there. Stay under your calorie goal and burn as much calories as you can and you'll get there

I don't mind adding people but I'm here to monitor my calories which helps me. I'm not here to talk about my personal life. Lately I been getting too many messages asking me personal questions that have nothing to do with fitness.0

If you are bored get up and get active, buy a jump rope and jump, walk around your neighborhood, or even join a gym! We can accomplish anything we put our minds to.
