Well on Saturday I am embarrassed to say that I was 0/3.
But I hit all of those goals today!
Goals for tomorrow are:
1. Under 1200 cals
2. 4000 fuelpoints (14,000 steps)
3. 40 minute workout
I will check in tomorrow night to share my results.1 -

My Monday goals:
-8,000 steps (I usually get 5,000-6,000 in)
-drink 8 glasses of water
-eat less than 1,400 calories
-2 servings of veggies
-1 serving of fruit
-finish an excel spreadsheet after work (have to have it done for Tuesday and it's hard to stay motivated to do it after work)
Update on Monday's goals:
Hit all goals but one! I ate less than 1,500 calories (but did go over the goal of 1,400).
I got home from my normal 8 hour shift this evening and only has 1,200 steps, so I walked around the house over and over so I could meet all my other goals.
Thanks for the motivation!1 -
Tuesday's goals:
1) stay under 1,400 calories
2) eat 3 servings of veggies
3) drink atleast 8 glasses of water
4) get atleast 7,000 steps in
I have a meeting after work tomorrow (Tuesday) which means I'll be gone from the house for 14 hours tomorrow. I've already packed all of my food for the whole day, including silverware and reusable water bottles.2 -

Exactly! Baby steps.0 -
Ok, I may be a bit late jumping in here, but I love what I'm seeing in this group! I've been at this since July 20, 2015. I'm down 61 lbs with 39 lbs to go. I'm learning that I have a pattern. I'll do AWESOME for 2-3 weeks (2 lbs/wk), then flag a bit for a week or two (0.5 lbs/wk or less) before really getting back to it. I never stray far, but I've learned it's the little things like drinking my water that make a big difference.
So...
My goals for tomorrow will be
1) to drink more than 64 oz water
2) to nail my speed workout of 10x400's for a total of at least 4 miles
3) to stay under 1500 calories for the day1 -

Goals for Wednesday:
8 cups of water
2 servings of fruit
2 servings of vegetables
10,000 steps
30 minutes of intentional exercise
I keep making and missing these same goals because the old me would've laughed at these goals because they are so little, but I keep thinking I will do it this time. Everyday I feel like today's the day and eventually it will be!0 -

Goals for Wednesday
1) 8,000 steps (or more)
2) get up 10 minutes earlier for work and walk for those 10 minutes (rather than getting all of my steps in just in the evening)
3) eat 3 servings of vegetables
4) drink 8 glasses of water
5) stay under 1,400 calories
@tbolashana great goals! I especially admire the 10,000 steps. Way to go!1 -
@MLS1582 , @tbolashana , and @MissMonicaC4 how did you do with your goals?
I missed #2 (just couldn't drag myself out of bed), and #5 (ate just over 1,400. Darn late night popcorn). I succeeded with #1, 3 and 4 though!1 -
Goals for Thursday
#1 atleast 8,000 steps.
#2 WALK (instead of drive) to the work meeting that's 3 blocks away from my office
#3 drink 8 glasses of water
#4 do some form of activity after work for a minimum of 10 minutes (hiking on very hilly dirt trails, pushups/jumping jacks/sit-ups, etc)
I should have added to my last post that I got the equivalent of 29 flights of stairs in today per my FitBit. We live in the country and have a steep driveway that's 0.1 miles long. I found out today that going up it one time is the equivalent of 7 flights of stairs.1 -
