Oh i thought it was open. Thanks I'll fix. And I will also come back every day to let every one know what goals I've accomplished.

But this is also for everyone to post and complete their daily goals.

It's just a reminder for ourselves every day.

My goal today is to not go over my calories, and to make better choices of calories consumed.

I have to get it together. This topic I created is supposed to get me going and here I am again making excuses. I would like to live past 100 so I have to start training my body to do that now.

    Goals for today:

    -15,000 steps
    -2 servings of fruit
    -1 serving of vegetables
    -sleep by 9
    -20 minutes of intended exercise
    -8 cups of water

This is a total order for a weekend day by I have to start pushing myself and these are things that I should be doing everyday anyway.

Weekends are always so tough! I've already eaten too much this morn so I really need to buckle down to reach these goals:

    1. Stay under 1300 cals
    2. 4000 fuelpoints = approx. 14,000 steps (I have a fuelband stepcounter)
    3. 1 hour workout

So yesterday I only made 2 goals. Smh....

Today I ate 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of vegetables. That's all.

I don't know what it is going to take. I must not be taking this seriously. I hope I make a change soon.

Finally a group that is serious about setting accountable goals...I am new to this group.
    1. To wog (Jog+Walk=Wog) 5 days a wk
    2. To lose 25 lbs before September.
    3. Cycle one day a week on road bike
    4. Maintain my food log and stay true to caloric intake goals
    5. Prepare a huge salad at the beginning of each week and it is ready to graze on for the entire week.
    6. Report deviations from this plan to MyFitnessPal group to hold me accountable for my actions.
    7. Report successes to MyFitnessPal group to celebrate and help keep me on track.

I am 65 years YOUNG with a very serious and complex medical history that causes set backs from time to time and makes it difficult to maintain discipline of routine workouts. I run 5K races as a goal to keep fit and often place in my age bracket. My medical issues prevented me from working out since January and new meds have caused a 15lb weight gain during that time. Just got the all clear from the docs to resume normal activity and I did 2.5 miles two days in a row and felt good about it.

Looking forward to being a supporter of your aspirations and goals.

I responded the other day on here but I'm not sure you saw it. I just figured out that I could tag people also. How has it been going with your goals?

I am 46 pounds down, with 71 more to loose still. It's been super easy to eat healthy/loose weight these past 4 months until just lately. Maybe making daily goals is what can help pull me out of this slump

    My Monday goals:
    -8,000 steps (I usually get 5,000-6,000 in)
    -drink 8 glasses of water
    -eat less than 1,400 calories
    -2 servings of veggies
    -1 serving of fruit
-finish an excel spreadsheet after work (have to have it done for Tuesday and it's hard to stay motivated to do it after work)
