- 1550 calories - ate back half my exercise calories, so more than my goal but still within a nice deficit.
- 5 fruits/veggies - yes!
- 10,000 steps - yes!
- Yoga - nope. Got to try again.

Today has been the best day so far, everything has been on plan and exercise completed with a smile on my face. Normally by this stage I have quit... but today is day 14 and although I am now back at my re'start weight, still waking up each day to try again.
Another day like today would be fantastic.1 -
Goal for today is to stay under my calorie goal and to have some new friends add me so we can all keep each other motivated! Add me!0

So guys I haven't been happy with myself. I keep thinking I'll do it today then mess up again. I am pushing myself to walk extra, but I know I need to step it up. My body is already used to "just getting my steps". I just can't seem to push pass that exercise. I am disappointed in myself. I talk a good game and do nothing about it. But I will continue to keep it in my head and hopefully will push myself to actually do it.
Goals for today
1. Eat fruit and veggies
2. Get 10k steps
3. Meditate for 5 minutes
4. Strength train for 5 minutes
5. 4 cups of water
Small goals but let's see if I can do this.

My goal is to clean and reseal all the grout on my kitchen floor. That will be quite the workout. Won't need the gym tonight!0

I'm okay with myself for today. I didn't do spectacular but I didn't do terrible. I got in my water, more than 12k steps, and I will meditate for the 5 minutes. Feeling tired so don't think I'll get the other goals done.
