You look great! I can only hope to achieve half that amount of tone in my tummy after 2 kids! Very inspirational!
Thanks so much I still have a lot of loose skin below my belly button but I'm not complaining I don't think that will ever get better as its been stretch beyond the point of no return thanks to having huge healthy 9lb babies lol...but I'm happy with the rest of my body!! It is possible, I hear so many women struggling after having children to get their bodies back and it IS definitely tough but the hard work pays off if you are willing to just do your best...I've been doing this slowly since Christmas I think the key is not to give up after having a bad day, Just start with a clean slate every day.5 -

A few minutes ago (January, 2014)
I'm only halfway to my ultimate goal weight, so I have a long road ahead of me.
Wow! Keep going.
That's awesome! Congrats on your success!

My most favorite picture of my transformation! April 2010-October 2013. He has been my rock through this process. Proof that diet is key. He has always worked out, but nutrition was never our strong suit.

With the new buttons, I'm going back through the thread to retrospectively congratulate people on their progressions - this should definitely help the 'photo only' threads.
So proud of everyone in this thread, I hope to join your number! This year, I promise!12 -

Starting point was April 2015, 183 pounds. Currently 119 pounds. I'm 60 years old, of course menopausal, plus hypothyroid.
