I can't get over how amazing this is!
That is an AMAZING transformation. I can't believe it was only 78lbs. It looks like a much larger drop.
Thank you everyone! Yep 78lbs! I lift heavy weights on a regular basis so I believe that's why It looks like a larger loss. I currently weigh 140lbs at 5'5" but of that weight 118lbs is lean matter. I'm currently at 16% body fat. But the muscle is the biggest reason.
DaniMillar25 - I have to say this whole thread is amazing but I actually exclaimed WOW! when I seen the difference in you. You have really put the effort in and you have got amazing results! well done!
Thank you so much! It's so easy to forget how far you've come when you're still working so hard to achieve other goals! I love having pictures to compare0 -

Heathmx - Well done! I have to ask, what's your routine? you have got amazing results in a short time. I'm now trying to gain muscle now after losing weight so if you have any tips to share I'd appreciate them.
gothomson - thankyou so much for your support, here is the link to the program I used. Its and 8x8 program but I changed it up by supersetting the exercises.

I have really always lifted, just not as consistently or as regulated as I do now. It's really imperative to losing weight. Building muscle burns fat all day long whereas cardio only burns it while you're doing it. Cardio is truly only something that should be used in a pinch when you need to shed body fat in a short amount of time and you could no longer reduce your calories any lower. Your body adjusts to cardio so the more you do the more your body requires in order to burn fat . So essentially you can at one point become immune to the benefits of it. If you get to a point of doing a lot of cardio in a weeks time the only way to fix it is to gradually reduce the amount of cardio you do each week for a few weeks. When I'm not doing any cardio at all I will only do one day of sprinting for 30 minutes otherwise I just lift weights.5 -

Thanks so much I still have a lot of loose skin below my belly button but I'm not complaining I don't think that will ever get better as its been stretch beyond the point of no return thanks to having huge healthy 9lb babies lol...but I'm happy with the rest of my body!! It is possible, I hear so many women struggling after having children to get their bodies back and it IS definitely tough but the hard work pays off if you are willing to just do your best...I've been doing this slowly since Christmas I think the key is not to give up after having a bad day, Just start with a clean slate every day.5 -
