This morning I am beyond happy!
Day 485: The world outside the window is hazed in a mist of raindrops. My mind wanders back to the day my life changed beyond all dreams and expectations. I am a willing slave to the quest for health and fitness. Each morning I labour to achieve my goal of improving my stamina and flexibility. This morning I passed a huge milestone. I am 11 stone (154lbs), the lightest that I have been in over 40 years.
May your quest be as successful as mine has been!Life is a challenge! Meet it head on!

Hi! New to the thread, having a hard time staying motivated (even though I'm getting married in 4 months!), and being around food all day (restaurant manager) is tough . I want to lose 25 lbs and am going to take this one day at a time!
Goals for today:
- Log everything I eat
- Stick to calorie goal
- Walk 20,000 steps
- Drink only water and black coffee
Thanks! Have a great day!2 -
