    5/24 (day 29) - 40 minute incline interval treadmill workout, 25 minute Fitness Blender stretch & sculpt workout, 55 minutes elliptical.

    5/25 (day 30) - 3.32 mile walk with dogs at 14:27 pace.

    Day 4 (5/26): 2 hour roller derby scrimmage/practice.

    Day~68, 35 minutes yoga and 31 minutes les mills combat. I was going to do kettlebells but my body was sluggish and I decided I needed an active rest day.

    5/27 (day 32) - 1.25 mile walk with dogs, & about 3 & half hours work on my family's ranch... Ended the day with over 25,000 steps on my Fitbit.

    5/28 (day 33) - 2.51 mile hike with my daughter & dogs. Plus two shorter 1 mile hikes (one in morning, one in evening).

    We're away for the holiday weekend & my food tracking is lacking, but I'm trying to be mindful of what I eat & how much I move my body.

    Day 71- 40 plus minutes hiking across lava rocks and a good 20 minutes climbing through caves.

    5/30 (day 35) - 1 mile hike

    5/31 (day 36) - 2.89 mile walk with dogs at 15:13 pace.

    Day 1 (1/6): Steps 19,124 // Miles 9.42 // Cal burn 1,029 // 2hr 50 // Walking + 45 min 11% incline treadmill walk

    Day 2 (2/6): Steps 17,035 // Miles 8.36 // Cal burn 925 // 2hr 45 // Walking + 20 min elliptical + upper body weights

    Still recovering from a messed up knee, so light cardio (and loooots of walking) and upper-body machine work only for now, on physio's orders. On pain of... more pain, probably.
