    @jenilla - Nice one! Good luck with the run today!! I agree, treats are much more enjoyable when you feel like you've earned them!!

    Goal today:
    At least 45 min HIIT workout

    @treehugger_88

    How'd the hot go? I haven't been working out for a couple of days. Been sick. So I am envious.

    The HIIT? Did it!

    Goals for tomorrow:
    1. Stay under 1400 cals.
    2. HIIT
    3. 3 bottles water.

    I will check in tomorrow!

    @tbolashana - hope you're feeling better!

    Now that I've survived my backpacking adventure, my next goal will be getting over the soreness and going back to the gym tomorrow. No goals for today besides soaking in a tub with Epsom salts!

    I have been really slacking but I am looking to start insanity again tomorrow.

    When will I learn to keep going!?

    So I made sure that I was really active today. I did my insanity at 6am and then I went for a 45 minute leisurely walk a couple of hours later. Nice day!

    I would like to write down my goals for everyone to see to become more accountable and maybe you'll do the same.

    You can just come back right here and tell me out yourself if you've achieved what you set out to do for the day. It's that simple.

    So hopefully, it won't be only me taking to myself :# , but if so then be it. ;) Lol. You don't really know me, so you can't look at me crazy in real life :D . Lol

    So..... what's your goals for today?

    My goal for tomorrow is;
    To stay up on my eating and snacks. I tend to forget , then I'm starving and make BAD decisions

    It wasn't epic, but it was pretty good. Great weather, hardly any people out. A nice ride and a goal achieved!

    New goal: Gym tonight with the husband.

    ETA: What about your bike ride?

    My spouse loves going with me anywhere out in nature or anywhere where we're going to do something physically active. He'll go to the gym without me, but he prefers having me along. <3

    Gym was good. We got it done. I got 4 miles of running in on the treadmill before complete boredom set in and I started to lose my mind. I'm not fast, but I can go for a distance. I never perform as well on a treadmill as I do on a trail, but I met my goal so that's what matters.

    Update us on the bike ride when you get to it. Not sure if you ride a lot or if it's your first time in a while. A few years ago I started riding again (after decades of not doing it.) I totally "hit the wall" and thought I was going to die going up a hill. I actually threw up on the side of the trail. That hill is easy for me now, but wow, riding a bike is a lot harder than I remembered it being as a kid. It's still just as fun, though! :)

    Goal: Three miles on the treadmill. It was 112 degrees today so I was feeling a little sluggish. Supposed to be 113 tomorrow. Ugh. But I got it done. B)

    Tomorrow's Goal = rest day.

    I'm travelling on business and staying in a hotel tonight so my goal for today is to do a 5K run before dinner so I don't have to spend too much time working out what I can have from their restaurant menu that'd allow me to keep within my daily calorie target!

    Keep avoiding the cake in the fridge (I don't even fancy cake, but my brain is going nuts lately). Do my workout. Try and be positive all day (I'm usually pretty moody). :p
