Now that I've survived my backpacking adventure, my next goal will be getting over the soreness and going back to the gym tomorrow. No goals for today besides soaking in a tub with Epsom salts!0

My goal today as it is on most days is to get my 200 grams of protein I'll be eating till 2am whatever it takes lol0

Okay so here I go again!
I let things get in my way and then just stopped trying. Smh....
I have been really slacking but I am looking to start insanity again tomorrow.
When will I learn to keep going!?1 -
So I made sure that I was really active today. I did my insanity at 6am and then I went for a 45 minute leisurely walk a couple of hours later. Nice day!1

You can just come back right here and tell me out yourself if you've achieved what you set out to do for the day. It's that simple.
So hopefully, it won't be only me taking to myself , but if so then be it. Lol. You don't really know me, so you can't look at me crazy in real life . Lol
So..... what's your goals for today?
My goal for tomorrow is;
To stay up on my eating and snacks. I tend to forget , then I'm starving and make BAD decisions1 -

@jenilla1
I didn't go for my bike ride
I will soon. Thanks for asking.
Gym with hubby! How'd it go? My hubby doesn't workout with me.0 -
My spouse loves going with me anywhere out in nature or anywhere where we're going to do something physically active. He'll go to the gym without me, but he prefers having me along.
Gym was good. We got it done. I got 4 miles of running in on the treadmill before complete boredom set in and I started to lose my mind. I'm not fast, but I can go for a distance. I never perform as well on a treadmill as I do on a trail, but I met my goal so that's what matters.
Update us on the bike ride when you get to it. Not sure if you ride a lot or if it's your first time in a while. A few years ago I started riding again (after decades of not doing it.) I totally "hit the wall" and thought I was going to die going up a hill. I actually threw up on the side of the trail. That hill is easy for me now, but wow, riding a bike is a lot harder than I remembered it being as a kid. It's still just as fun, though!0 -
My goals today are:
1. Eat only what I've prelogged
2. Get 10,000 steps in
3. Only drink water (and black coffee)
4. Go for a run!0 -
To NOT eat any of the donuts a co worker brought in...:(1

Goal: Three miles on the treadmill. It was 112 degrees today so I was feeling a little sluggish. Supposed to be 113 tomorrow. Ugh. But I got it done.

I'm travelling on business and staying in a hotel tonight so my goal for today is to do a 5K run before dinner so I don't have to spend too much time working out what I can have from their restaurant menu that'd allow me to keep within my daily calorie target!0

Keep avoiding the cake in the fridge (I don't even fancy cake, but my brain is going nuts lately). Do my workout. Try and be positive all day (I'm usually pretty moody).1
