PLEASE tell me how to do that ticker????? I need step by step instructions. But, i want to move a ticker every single day. yes, that will be fun!0 -

i just got in 56 minutes of different cardio on the wii fit...not the best exercise ever but al i could fit into my schedule today!!!0

Fought the urge to laze about all day and got my daily dose of Insanity for 60 minutes for a total of 150/1440! I'm so impressed by everyone's hard work here...let's keep it up the motivation!!!!0

Go to Tickerfactory.com Click on Exercise and Fitness. Then you can pick ur background, then you hit next, then you click on something you want to move, hit next then it asks you for a password, the Units (in this case Minutes), your current accumulative unit (how many min. you have done so far) Your target ( in this case 1440) and your message (mine is Julys 24 hour challenge) click the next button. It will give you two codes Highlight the first one right click the select copy. then come to MFP go to community and where it says signature and paste it to the bottom of your signature and click save. then everytime you change it u will need to enter ur password and update the miles. Hope this helps0 -
