    Just for today 6/23
    I will log everything,
    Stay under my calories
    Drink 64 oz water
    Clean if I am bored or stressed after work
    Exercise for 30 mins

    This is great!

    Just for Today:
    1) Complete my cardio - 3 miles in 35 min - Check!
    2) Make good lunch choice
    3) Close out the day with a solid and filling dinner that keeps me within my daily calorie range
    4) Pack tonight to travel home tomorrow (on business travel this week) to set myself up for success for workout tomorrow morning (that will be my only shot for a good workout tomorrow)

    Fell off the wagon for a few days - a lot going on this week, have been very busy campaigning!

    Back on it now though....

    Today's commitment: stick within calories. Keep it simple.

    1) Finish getting ready for grandkids, pick them up after Jazzercise. :)Actually, their parents dropped them off, but I offered to pick them up.
    2) Jazzercise :)
    3) Enter granddaughter's swim meets onto calendar so I don't inadvertantly miss another one.Carrying this over to today
    4) Log every bite :)Ate sticky rice I didn't intend to eat but I logged it all...
    5) Have fun! :p
