6/23 (day 60) - 4.29 miles with the dogs at a 14:29 pace.
6/24 (day 61) - 3.32 miles with the dogs at a 14:43 pace.0 -
Day 93- a five mile Leslie Sansone (80 minutes or so) and a 45 minute leisurely bike ride.0

Day 94- 40 minute Leslie, 20 minutes upper body focused kettle bells, 10 minutes abs and 8 minutes stretching.
I may, possibly go for a bike ride this evening with my hubs.0 -
6/25 (day 62) - 22,000+ steps at an amusement park & 1 hour swimming with the kids! Vacation weekend0

Day 95- over an hour of walking.0

6/26 (day 63) - travel day, so lots of sitting in the car. Almost called it a day, but got out & walked 1.25 miles with the dogs at 9pm!0

Day 23 (23/6): Steps 18,809 // Miles 9.37 // Cal burn 1,047 // 2hr 50 // Walking + 20 min elliptical + 20 min kettlebells + 1 mile (10:00) run
Day 24 (24/6): Steps 676 // Miles 0.33 // Cal burn 135 // 30 min // Yoga. Stayed up all night Thur for EU referendum results, so skipped gym on Friday through sheer tiredness.
Day 25 (25/6): Steps 32,092 // Miles 15.71 // Cal burn 1,419 // 4hr 20 // Walking - climbed 1,600ft hill along with approx. 5 mile walk each way to and from said hill
Day 26 (26/6): Steps 13,159 // Miles 6.73 // Cal burn 546 // 2 hr // Walking0 -

Yeah, didn't do that, lol. I ended up doing 53 minutes walking, (Leslie again, rut?) 30 minutes kettlebells off fitness blender and 8 minute cool down.
I made sure to do a different kettlebell routine so I could get some different exercises in.

6/27 (day 64) - 2.45 miles on the treadmill, focusing on incline. 17:08 minute pace. 10 minute fitness blender standing abs workout.
Between a weekend getaway, & work being absolutely crazy, I've had to do my workouts at night the last couple of days & I don't like it!! This challenge is really all that's keeping me exercising right now!0 -

Between a weekend getaway, & work being absolutely crazy, I've had to do my workouts at night the last couple of days & I don't like it!! This challenge is really all that's keeping me exercising right now!
Just do the best you can! I've had crazy, travel to a different state, get home really late and barely get that workout in days. Keep going forward and if the day is super crazy, it's okay to throw a light exercise for your own sanity.1 -
