Forgot to post yesterday before going to sleep, so here's yesterday and today's input. Was going to just putz around today, but I think I'm getting addicted to cardio. Now if I could just get more consistent with planks and the kettlebell.

1 July: 70 min walking leisurely/slow (2.26 miles total) with a friend and her dogs = 70 minutes
2 July: 30 min speed walking through airports = 30 minutes
    3 July: 110 min touring SUP (4.95 miles) = 110 minutes
    4 July: 75 min slow touring SUP (3.6 miles) = 75 minutes
    5 July: 30 min gazelle machine (2 miles) = 30 minutes

Total: 315 minutes out of 1440 minutes

    History:
    May - 15:15 (pre-challenge)
    June - 33:41

7/7 nothing but I am planning a bike ride tomorrow. Family is in town and then Monday is the funeral so I won't have lots of spare time, plus lots of unhealthy eating but things should start to get easier (emotionally, motivationaly).

Not bad for exercising in a room that's 90 degrees F, and that's at 11:30 at night. New A/C compressor (still under warranty, thank goodness) is due in on Monday, so this reduced intensity will last at least through the weekend.
