Well d@ng, I'm supposed to be on Day 6 over on the other Ab challenge but I tell ya, it will be SO much easier to follow along when the challenge days match the days of the month! So I will do my 100 over on that challenge and then join this one for August. (Rest day for squats. Yay!)2

So are these squats and crunches done in one setting or across the day?0
-
I'm not doing them together/in one sitting. Personally, I do abs later in the day and might do all of those in one shot but for squats anything over 60 or so, I usually do one in the morning and another later in the day. I'll do a third if needed.0

Hi ya'll... Okay, I got a bit eager LOL. I did some last night and today... Looking forward to the official challenge tomorrow.
I'm decent on the squats, actually knocked them out 35 at a time in a few moments. The ab crunches have me troubled.
Anyone have suggestions on doing an effective crunch??

Great job with those squats! I know for myself, I am going to be doing a variety of crunches, something like these:
I goggled simply crunches and saw this:
I hope this helps.

@Imagine_if Just thought about... if you had a stability ball you could do basic crunches on it or take it a step more:
