Today was going to be a rest day until I had such an over goal lunch that I figured I needed to do a little bit of activity. Congrats to all who made the goal by the end of the month! Well done to those that attempted the challenge...see everyone again next month!
1 July: 70 min walking leisurely/slow (2.26 miles total) with a friend and her dogs = 70 minutes
2 July: 30 min speed walking through airports = 30 minutes
3 July: 110 min touring SUP (4.95 miles) = 110 minutes
4 July: 75 min slow touring SUP (3.6 miles) = 75 minutes
5 July: 30 min gazelle machine (2 miles) = 30 minutes

I was sure I made a post but I can't find it now. Will repost my hours then thus far:
7/4 - 4.1 miles walk/run - 1:11.21
7/4 - 1.3 miles walk - 30 minutes. (Took a walk right before dinner/to get dinner).
7/5 - 31 minutes (kickboxing and stretching).
7/5 - took a 1.4 mile walk. About 40-45 minutes walking, but was out for about an hour.
7/6 - 31 minutes calisthenics and shadowboxing in my room
7/7 - 53 minutes weightlifting with dumbbells
7/7 - 30 or so minutes walking about 1.7 miles around my neighborhood.
7/8 - 47 minutes plyometrics
7/9 - rest
7/10 - rest
7/11 - 55 minutes jog/walk over 3 miles
7/11 - 10 minutes quick core workout
7/12 - 41 minutes. Went to the gym to do Day 4 of Erin Stern's 4 week challenge (today was back day).
As of 7/12 I have done 7 hours 22 minutes.
7/13 - 49 minutes. Day 5 Erin Stern's challenge (chest/shoulder day)
7/19 - 1 hour 30+- Went for a 4 mile walk. Took a 6 day break because my arms were feeling really wonky from the exercises I did on Wednesday. Thought I might have tendinitis but things seem to be shaping up alright now.
7/21 - 1 hour 37 minutes. 5 mile walk
7/24 - 30+- minutes: calisthenics at home (such as: donkey kicks, squats, back exercises, planks).
7/25 - 25 minutes: alternating between sprinting and speed walking; 15 or so minutes stretching, and light calisthenics.
7/26 - 35 minutes: shadowboxing and calisthenics
7/27 - (so far) 20 minutes: yoga
7/27 - 25 minutes: sprints/speed walking

Didnt make it to 24hrs for July as had couple of bouts of illness that made me take to settee. Bit disappointed but its August now so bring it on1
