I prefer not to eat fruit. Considering it does not fill me up, I don't consider to be very low calorie or fit my way of eating. I like berries once in awhile. Bananas are great but I will almost never choose to eat one. I have had maybe 2 in the past year.0 -
No! It's sooo hard. I think I need an intervention... smdh. Anybody have ideas? I'm think about drinking them at this point.0

You can make smoothies or just run your vegetables through a juicer. Trust me - the first option is better!!1 -
Today? Nothing. Hiked up to about 8000ft above sea level with the kids, and meats and cheese seemed to fit the bill for the day. Light and lots of fuel. Love the Rockies.
Maybe I'll eat nuts later.1 -
tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, basil, and soon to have red or yellow pepper1
-
Today, I ate: grapes, spring mix lettuce, watermelon, tomato, bell peppers, carrots, beets, sweet onion, broccoli, cauliflower, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple, cherries, blueberries, coconut, bananas, cabbage, cucumbers, and garlic.1

Yesterday was a heavy fruit day, no veggies. Planned on a huge serving of veggies with dinner, but got home very late and well, the plan changed to a bowl of cereal...1

Just had some fresh corn on the cob. Thank you @lemurcat12 for the inspiration. I tried microwaving them for the first time. Spectacular results. 3.5 minutes in the microwave for two of them, then let them cool a bit before dehusking. The husk is more pliable and comes off easily. Much less mess in general.1

Today: Blackberries, spinach, onions, jalapenos, romaine, tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, and spring mix.1

I had my usual salad - lettuce, bell peppers, Craisin, golden raisins, sun-dried tomatoes, and onions - with the addition of 4 strawberries and a side of cantaloupe.
It's gonna suck when October comes.2 -
Pretty close to my 7 servings today. My usual avocado and tomato with breakfast, corn on the cob at lunch, raw carrots for snack, and mixed greens with more tomato & avocado with supper.1

I'm another one that doesn't really eat fruit but I love vegetables.
Once I year I buy a watermelon and scarf it in two days though.
My husband makes fun of me a lot because I apparently eat vegetables "like fruit" and it looks weird. I do stuff like take whole bell peppers or cucumbers out of the fridge and eat them whole like I would an apple. I ate about a pound of cucumber like that yesterday sitting in front of the TV. I think I just like the cold watery-ness in summer especially.1 -
I'm about to make my dinner. I have 600 calories left. I'm thinking my normal chicken avocado salad on a bed of greens and veggies.
Veggies will be: tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, zucchini, onion, carrot. Maybe some corn. (I have a couple ears I have to use up). I'm starving tonight!!!1 -
Today - Cucumber, Tomato, lettuce; Banana, Mango0

Ughh, but I live with someone who's just like that.0 -

I love a cucumber, straight up. I've been considering biting into a pepper like that too. There's something really satisfying about chowing down on a whole cucumber. Some people eat vegetables like they're afraid of them. I can easily eat two whole peppers, a cucumber and a tomato for lunch, plus protein source.2 -
Red grapes, peaches, and a few corns on the cob.1

I didn't, but it looks like she did.

I usually eat all my carbs in the morning after my bike ride, fruit for brunch, and protein for lunch. The fruit helps hold me until my 2pm lunch time. Usually strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and sweet cherries.1
-
So far today I've just eaten a peach (along with my morning cereal). For lunch, I'm having peas and green beans with a chicken sausage.1

I had two apples and a banana with breakfast, and lunch was egg salad with about half a large diced red onion, a handful of capers and a whole jar of sliced gherkins. Do capers and gherkins even count as vegetables though? I dunno. For dinner I'm having some pork & chorizo sausages with a big bag of salad. It's about 350-400g, so it will probably be enough for a couple of platefuls.1

Last night I was craving Mexican food but am trying to be healthier so stopped at the Mexican market and bought sopes (handmade corn tortillas shaped like small cups) then threw chopped carrots, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes and a chipotle pepper in a pan with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and cooked the veggies until they were just *slightly* crispy. At the same time, toasted the sopes in the toaster oven. Took out the chipotle pepper. Filled the sopes with black beans and 1/4 cup of cheddar and dumped the veggies on top and then put some salsa on top of that. It was delicious! May make it again with chicken for more protein.2

I had a salad for lunch and a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard for breakfast. I'm counting the 3 strawberries in the Blizzard.1
