    I am starting this a little late in the month...I would like to join now and make my goal 10 hours on my spin bike; it doesn't have a meter. I have 3 hours and twenty mins. as of today on my bike and 6 hours walking.

    Had intended to go walking on Saturday after cleaning, but my friend worked out before visiting, so we didn't go. Oh well. Hopefully the weather cooperates this week so I can get some paddling in, though it looks like it might be a bit rainy...sigh.

    Im back after having hip replacement surgery 3 months ago. My goal will be to ride my stationary recumbent bike 100 miles in the month of August.

    8/1: 5.1 miles/ 25 minutes
    8/2: 5.1 miles/25 minutes
    8/3: 5.6 miles/ 27 minutes
    8/4: 6.2 miles/30 minutes
    8/5: 6.3 miles/30 minutes
    8/6: 6.1 miles/30 minutes
    8/7: 6.1 miles/30 minutes
    8/8: 7.3 miles/35 minutes
    8/9: 7.3 miles/35 minutes
    8/10: 8.0 miles/37 minutes

    Oh yes - full plate of chips, with battered fish, mushy peas and some beer. The full works. And it was good!!!!

    (I have eaten so much this holiday month that there is little doubt I have put on weight. A fair chunk no doubt. But, and it is a big but, I have done a lot more excercise - and I will go back to self control next month. Honest! Quite a few of my 350 plus calorie burn days have been full on, and I have another weekend of cycling coming up. So I have been celebrating feeling less ill I guess! )

    24 Aug - bit of cycling and walking for a 30 mins tick

    350 + cals: 13 out of 24 days (54 towards my 100 total target)

    My motivation was in the toilet again today...but figured I could up my time/distance on my glider. Should make the second walking/glider goal, but not sure I'll make the SUP goal at this point. We'll see if I am up to paddling tomorrow or over the weekend.
