    Very happy with myself. Although I may not hit my goal I still did very well and am super close. I've been eating small meals and try to have healthy snacks, been drinking at least 8 cups a day (helps keep you energized!!) and I've been doing yoga every day! I wish you all luck this week :smile:

    Hi everyone!

    It's been 5 years since I led a weight loss challenge on MFP and I am ready to do it again. This was always when I lost the most weight, felt most supported and had the most fun so let's all commit to getting ourselves fit and healthy for the summer (I am down under).
    If you want to lose 10 pounds or 5kg in August then get involved!
    One thing I do ask is that you weigh in every week - without fail. We need to commit to this and all support each other.
    We'll weigh in tomorrow (22nd July) and then every Friday until the end of August with a bonus weigh in on 31st August.

    I've been sick all week, which I think contributed to those last 4 lbs. I keep weighing myself to make sure I really lost this much weight since July and I guess I really did!
