    Every Friday we will give measurements, weight & exercise total. So, it becomes habit & we stay on our goal becoming healthly. I may also help us not to forget. Good luck.

    The best way I have found it is to go my profile and to the left, toward the bottom it will show where you posted last. Click on that, and then I usually start at the last page. You can also go page by page and find your last post and copy and paste that. I hope this helps; maybe somebody can help us find an easier way.
