30 day plank challenge starting 5th Sept

Hi guys. I am new to all this having just found it today - been doing it on my own so far so loving the thought of having some company/motivation.. The challenges are great - signed up to a couple already, but one thing I really want to sort out is my core - to tighten up the flabby bits that are starting to appear as I lose the weight - so I thought that this would be ideal!!! Hope u guys can join me!!!

I will be glad to join u in this. I actually started this on the 1st of this month but I was only able to stick with it for 2 days but I'm happy I saw this again here and this time I'm going to do it for the entire 30 days. Thanks3

I'll start with you! This is a great way to tone all around and it doesn't stress my knees out!2

I'll join this challenge too! I do planks usually about 2-4 times a week when doing my HIIT workouts, but haven't held one longer than 60 seconds. Looking forward to a tighter core and going through the challenge with you1

I just put it in my calander. If you do it everyday with no rest days...you will catch up by the 14th or so, then carry on as charted.3 -

Day 1 check. Planks are harder than I remember. Its been a couple of years. I was up to 3 sets of 60 so I thought no problem......I was wrong.2
