TOM has come to bug me. I also had a major overage on Saturday - didn't even bother to try to track calories because it was so bad Of course, it's due to the stupid hormones, but still. I really need to step up my game if I want to fit into the dress I want to wear to the wedding, otherwise I'll look like in the words of Steel Magnolias "two pigs fighting under a blanket". 1 lb in a month is not going to cut it.3 -
This week has been a challenge. I am so hungry -actually, its probably boredom- not hunger. I guess I used to fill my spare time stuffing my face. have been trying to go for a walk when I get that feeling.
I did go to the doctor and my cholesterol is 178 - down from 223 in March. HDL high and LDL low - so,that makes me happy. I haven't been losing as much as I would have thought I lost by now, so, my goal to get to 180 for the challenge is fading because of reality. I'll just have to be happy to get to 190.

8/8/16: 213.6 - Dang! pretty bad. today I will get back on it. lets see if I can get the momentum going again.
8/15/16: 208.8 - met a teeny tiny goal of breaking 210.
8/22/16: 208 - this is me happy with a small loss, rather than a small gain
8/29/16: 203 - beyond pleased. just need to keep it going.
9/5/16: 202.6 - small loss is better than stuck or gaining. I'll take it.

Thank goodness finally a loss... I really need a morale booster as it's getting harder and harder to get the scale moving. I'm losing millimeters (yea not inches lol) which is good but I also care about the absolute weight as it affects my riding especially when the road goes upwards2 -

Maybe I slowed down a little too much. Still 3.3% loss in a month is a big loss. It is fine if I pause a bit. I'm also working out harder which promotes weight gain.0
