07/11: 133.0lbs glad I'm going the correct way. I didn't get to fitness center at all last week and it was so hot over the weekend didn't get alot of exercise then either. This week I will do better so hopefully I can continue to see a downward trend and make my goal this month.

i may not be losing weight, but i'm dropping inches with the 30 day shred. while i'd love to see the scales move, i am feeling much more energetic and in shape! i guess if i had to chose between seeing a weight decrease and feeling better, i'd much rather FEEL better! keep up the great work everyone!
oh, i think i got about 150 pushups in this past week. ugh! the good news is i went from only being able to do 2 real pushups to 10! big gains there! :-)0 -

Pretty sure its all water weight when yesterday morning I was at 219.2. I wound up being stuck in the car for 7.5 hrs yesterday and made some not so wonderful food choices and didn't drink anywhere near as much water as usual because I didn't want to have to stop to go potty. So I would have expected a slight increase from yesterday's weight but not this much.
This week I expect BIG changes, I am kidless all week so I can focus just on me! Time to kick it in to high gear!!
Oh....and on the push up challenge, I got in a total of 75 combined off the wall and on my knee push ups....tried real ones but just not there yet.0 -

Although my weight dropped a lot last week, I was diagnosed with pneumonia on Wednesday. So I haven't been able to eat a lot cause I havent really felt like it. And absolutely no exercise for me for the next two weeks (per the doc). So we will see what happens next week since my appetite is slowly coming back and I can't exercise! Good luck to everyone!0 -

I had a great week last week. Did lots of workout. Continued my 30 DS which I am now 2 weeks into. I'm not doing it every day, but about 4 - 5 times a week. I think I am noticing a difference, but I am also doing lots of other workouts and have been eating well.
Had lots of little treats this week, but with all the workout and generally eating very healthily it hasn't impacted my weight loss.
I am hoping for a great week this week so I can relax a bit while on holiday the week after. On holiday I plan to be very active but definitely allow myself to indulge now and then. Fingers crossed I can at least maintain.0 -
