365 with 140lb band tension. 505 at lockout. Weighed on a scale. Definitely at PR strength now. BW steady at 200lb.

Actually super happy with this one. 93.5kg/205.7lb. This makes a 70% increase in my bench over the last two years. Now to actually eat for the next two weeks so I can have a good meet.

Did anybody else tune in to watch Ray Williams squat 1,005 lbs last night at USAPL Raw Nationals? American record and unofficial world record. That whole meet was inspiring to be honest.2
