I would like to join.
This will be my first time in many years to take on an exercise challenge. I want to lose at least 33 pounds (I've lost 27 lbs. already) and tone my body. (CW:193 LBS.)2 -

Here's an official welcome @Timothyh27. I'm currently doing the Superman & the reverse fly exercises that @Joanna2012B shared. I've worked my way up to a 2+ minute Superman!
Welcome @valeriasuarez9523. I don't have a chart, but I measure my neck, chest, stomach, arms, thighs, & calves (some people measure the knees). In here, we're really all about these exercises. I suggested everyone take photos, weigh & measure because now that I'm almost four complete months into this, I wish I had better documentation of my progress. Whether you track or not is completely up to you. If you share your numbers with us, FANTASTIC!

I'd like to join this challenge also! I'm pretty active with running and I'm almost at my goal weight, but I could use some help with toning--this looks like the perfect motivation!2
