    Ran 4.5 miles in 50 minutes yesterday evening. Despite the 90+ degree dry heat, the headwind and the people occupying the track my speed is slowly improving :smile:
    Stupid of me not to drink anything during the run, because I lost an amazing 4 lbs of fluids and got somewhat dehydrated. Next time I'm running with a water bottle.

    Biked 2.81 miles last night with the hubby, our daughter and a friend who has never mountain biked before. Poor guy, we almost killed him.
    Ran 3 miles this morning.

    Forgot to check in yesterday - walked Sanford Farm with the dogs but did the longer Barn loop - so added 4.5 miles for Monday. Hope to get my run in later this afternoon.

    Ok so the down side of being on a very specific running schedule (marathon training) is logging miles isn't as "fun" because I already know exactly how many I will hit. Good news is that even though I got super sick last week and lots of stuff is going on, the fiance and I have been knocking these miles out on schedule! Super excited that we are sticking with it

    I got 4 miles in this morning, the weather was great so I just pushed myself. I just hope I can keep this up once we're back in the 90's or worst.

    2 mile walk this morning. Wish I could have done another this evening but the rain came in and I'm stuck inside. Off on vacation to Portland tomorrow; hopefully that will involve a lot of walking and hiking. I'll check in on Sunday. Have a great end of week everyone!

    Did not get my run in yesterday but got out early today and ran my C25K route through the farm - 3.5 miles total. I am 1/3 of the way towards my goal and it feels good to be fairly on track (considering I started late too!)

    Yesterday I took my dogs for a 3.1 mile walk and ran 3.3 miles = 6.4 miles added yesterday!

    I ran another mile last night! I need to start running more if I'm going to hit that goal. After P90 and dinner no time for kids. I think I'm going to start running in the morning? Any pros cons to early a.m. running.

    A visual on the thread progress. All the numbers are in the spreadsheet, this is only the top-25, but charts make more sense than numbers. Frankly, I'm very impressed by the miles everyone is moving, the current challenge seems to be the strongest ever.
