    On the cleaning, I only counted the minutes when my heart rate got into zone 2.

    Wanted to be lazy and do nothing today but thought about how behind I would get on this challenge if I did that since you all are ROCKIN' it! So thank you all for keeping me in check!

    July 2 - 25 mins 30DS, 100/1440 completed
    July 3 - 70 mins walking + 50 mins 30DS L1 and L3 + 30 mins Ripped in 30, 250/1440 completed
    July 4 - NOTHING except stuffing my face :(
    July 5 - 61 mins C210k + 25 mins 30DS + 30 mins Ripped in 30, 366/1440 completed
    July 6 - nothing but sitting on my booty all day :(
    July 7 - 80 mins C210K + 30 mins Ripped in 30 + 30 mins walking my doggie :), 506/1440 completed
    July 8 - 30 mins Ripped in 30 + 50 mins walking, 586/1440 completed

    It looks like you have to do around 47 minutes of exercise per day to meet this goal. I couldn't exercise for the first three days, but I am still ahead of schedule, although not by a lot. Good luck to everyone!

    Sunday was another round of painting the house for 240min, then Monday got in 60min.
    Just 190min left, definitely going to pass that, but next month I'll keep the goal. I don't think it will go as easy when I don't have to do so much painting. My shoulders are looking pretty buff for this month though. :)

    With a walk and more painting I surpassed the goal by 20 minutes. Now to see how many minutes I can cram into the next half of the month.
