Good luck! I was hoping for 5 today. I'm doing max rep testing next week with 510, goal is 8 reps since I pulled 495x8 3 weeks ago.0 -

Here is a smokeshow on my first rep with 525lbs and then two moderately-paced singles after that. My meet is about 3 weeks out and I'm thinking this will be a solid second attempt. I'm hopeful for something close to 550lbs (250kg) by December 10.

Awesome pulls! I can't wait to see what you can do at your meet. I'm now 8 weeks out from my first meet and have no idea yet what my attempts will be. I'll figure them out when I do max testing in 5 weeks.2 -
I was reminded why I normally wear gloves when deadlifting...call me what you will but I like skin on my fingers

My most recent footage; this is like 5 weeks ago or so haha. This was my top set at 170lbs and I got 7. However instagram was rude and cut off my last 2 reps; I also took my time so there's that too. But this was a volume PR at this weight which is very exciting! Last week I hit 7 at this weight again, and it felt much smoother, and today I did 180lbsx5 for a 1 rep volume PR at that weight. Prior to all this, my 1RM was 190lbs so I can't wait to see what it is now. Yay progress!6 -

175# has always been my sticking point with squats. I'd done 185# a few times, but that was before I'd honed my form.
Now I'm officially hitting 175# for 5 reps consistently! The fear is gone! I know my mind was holding me back. So here's squats at 175# and then squats at 185#. I only knocked out 4 reps, but I picked it back up and pushed out the 5th. I'll take it!
And the last video is my max deadlift at 245#.. I maxed out at 225# last time, so I'm pretty thrilled about it!
